Time Is Running Out For Troy Davis

Troy Davis currently has a final appeal before the US Supreme Court. If that is rejected, his case returns to Savannah, Georgia, where a new District Attorney will have some life or death decisions to make. DA Larry Chisolm was elected in 2008 and campaigned on a platform to “increase the sense of fairness” in his office. Call on DA Chisolm to do everything in his power to prevent an execution, and urge him to reopen the case against Troy Davis, since most of the witnesses responsible for his conviction have now recanted.

Michael Jackson’s Music Will Play On

News reports stated Michael Jackson was in debt in the amount of 400 million dollars? I can see people who Michael “allegedly” owes money to coming out of the woodwork trying to collect millions. People can say you owe money and can falsify records to make it appear you owe money and in what amount especially since Michael is no longer here to deny he owes debt in a particular amount. With the kind of money Michael Jackson made and accumulated as a shrewed businessman, the amount he did owe will be extremely exaggerated. His kids could be left penniless. To make sure that doesn’t happen, everyone should purchase his music so his kids and family won’t be in financial ruin.

Michael Jackson was bigger than Elvis Presley. May the King Of Pop rest in peace and may his music, some of which has not yet been released, play on forever.

Her spokesman, Paul Bloch, says Fawcett died Thursday morning in a Santa Monica hospital. Her 2 1/2-year battle with cancer was depicted in the TV documentary “Farrah’s Story.”

She burst on the scene in 1976 as one-third of the crime-fighting trio in TV’s “Charlie’s Angeles.” A poster of her in a clingy swimsuit sold in the millions.

She left the show after one season but had a flop on the big screen with “Somebody Killed Her Husband.” She turned to more serious roles in the 1980s and 1990s, winning praise playing an abused wife in “The Burning Bed.”

Ed McMahon Dead At 86

Ed McMahon died early this morning, his publicist confirmed to Entertainment Tonight. McMahon was 86 years old.
McMahon was best known as Johnny Carson’s loyal, laughing sidekick for 30 years on “The Tonight Show.”

Later in life, McMahon became a celebrity pitchman for various products.

Near the end of his life, he was beset by a variety of difficulties: a broken neck, a well-publicized foreclosure threat. Real estate mogul Donald Trump helped prevent McMahon’s eviction.

McMahon’s death was first reported by NBC News.
