Be A Father To Your Child

Being a father consists of more than planting a seed and not nurturing that seed. Flowers won’t grow if they are not given tender loving care. Children won’t thrive if they are not given tender loving care. Fathers: be there for your children even when you no longer have love for their mothers. It’s not about the mothers. It’s about what YOU do to maintain a healthy relationship with YOUR child. Your child loves you unconditionally and you should love your child unconditionally. Your child is a part of you and his mother, so when you diss his mother, you are dissing him which will make him feel bad about himself. He will grow up angry and be a menace to society because you weren’t there when he was growing up. The formative years of a child are extemely important. Children learn by what they see and hear. Parents should not disrespect each other in the presence of their children because they are watching and learning. The mother of YOUR child shouldn’t have to pay you to spend time with your child. Your child will see this behavior and react negatively to such behavior and you will wonder why your child is misbehaving. When they are adults, you will be faced with what you exposed your children to. Will you be able to handle it when you’re old and gray? Think about it now, so you won’t be faced with heartache and pain in your later years.
